Pergola restoration all top trusses rotted out, 4 joist beams rotted. Removed all rotted boards, recreated joist beams using Douglas fir. Got (cherrywood) poly lumber ripped down to 1.8” for the trusses-no maintenance no warping or rotting. Stained all the wood and installed the trusses. My assistant helped with the truss install.

Pulled up all boards, added new fence built door-access for septic tank. Premium pressure treated wood used.

Deck restoration, pulled old pressure treated boards and replaced with trex planks clients bought. Step stringers rotted out, rebuilt steps. Did all demolition, rebuilding of the 8x16 deck in 4-5 days whew! Nice work out 😁

A bathroom floor tile job. Backer board installed added radiant heat, got tiles down and grouted. To wrap things up by tmw am. Vanity and toilet to be replaced this wkd. More pics to come..4/19

Water damage in a kitchen, renovations in progress. Converted moulding to beefed up cm for soffit and 5 1/4” crown moulding around the kitchen. Recessed lights installed, flooring done, base cabinets in, countertop is in, sink, stove and dishwasher all in and functioning, tmw to get the upper cabs in can’t wait!

Successful wainscot install today..🙌installed, patches nail holes, caulked and touched up frames. Clients decided they wanted chair rails painted to match-painted the CR. Baseboards to be painted later..
