Picture frame wainscot with chair rail

Upstairs bathroom renovation- hexagon tile with dark gray grout. Homeowner pulled up old floor. I installed cement boards and tiled then finished with grout.

Homeowner demoed bathroom. I installed cement board, tiles and grout. Tuned out pretty can’t wait to see after vanity and toilet is put back in. Will update with completely finished look pic from homeowner🤩

Finished windows and modified entryway base. Added custom block in kitchen.

Continued crown installs in this house. Just finished master bedroom crown- 6 3/4” special order. Installed and painted. Added crown to one section in kitchen.

Casing trims added to windows and entryway. Had to extend the window sill to make the casing fit in and look great! Finished painting. Have several more to do! More pics coming 😊

New crown moulding install in living room, foyer-6 3/4” special order crown- my favorite crown. Installed and painted.

A two story board and batten-1x6 trim and coves inside each trim. Had a helper on first day and last day of install. Prepped for paint. Now ready for their painter to come in and finish this. To be continued with updated photos.. this was a fun project! Very high up in the air😳 but got it done😁

Custom coffered ceiling designed around the ceiling fan. 1x6 board and batten accent on one wall. Designed and laid out frame work then installed everything and painted it. It came out gorgeous!! I had a helper for the first 3 days to get the big heavy boards up. I enjoyed this complicated and challenging project😍😁 client will paint the other walls…will get updated pics when finished.

Got another updated pic from another client. I did a board and batten accent wall in their master bedroom they painted the wall. Looks beautiful!

Got updated photos of a clients dining room i had done crown molding and picture frame wainscoting.

Just stopped in to see a client of mine, they showed me their finished dining room. Looks beautiful!! So grabbed the opportunity to take pics for an updated look. I did the crown Moulding, chair rail and the picture frame wainscoting in this room. Love it!😍

Working on a floor project for mom.. started Thursday 3/18- 3 bedrooms and a section of repair of the kitchen floor this wk in IL. 2 rooms done, kitchen done got 1 more room to do-the Mary Kay room. Taking a break today 😊

Before and after master bedroom accent wall board and batten. Custom installed and prepped for paint. Homeowners to paint and send me finished pics. 1x4 trims used

Before and after kitchen tile back splash project. Mosaic tiles with satin nickel edges and mapei silver grout.

Crown Moulding install in master bathroom. 6 3/4” special order crown- my favorite one! Homeowners to paint everything when shower project is done. Can’t wait to see it all painted and complete.

Before and after picture frame style wainscot accent wall. Calculated dimensions of boxes, laid out grid, mass cut trims and installed on wall. Filled holes sanded off, caulked all edges- now paint ready! Painter to come in and paint this room a pretty green color. Can’t wait to see if all completed! Looks great!

Before and after.. first 4 pics- another contractor installed and client wasn’t happy, caught me at another jobsite in the neighborhood. Fortunately was able to salvage the project by pulling up and re installing salvageable boards. Finished with shoe trim and transitions. Stair nose to be installed when the trim comes in. 11/24-26

exterior door trim repair. Replaced brick moulding and secured loose plinth base to the brick on the left side.

My clients sent me this pic of their walls after they moved their furniture and stuff back in place.. looks so nice!! Thanks for the pics

Before and after accent wall project.. board and batten style wainscot boxes with coves.. had a helper on the first day to get the long top boards in.. got the rest of the boards and coves installed. Did my magic and then painted with this pretty blue color.. looks gorgeous!!😍

Baseboard install after floor installation- 1x6 boards in main areas. DR 1x4 due to wainscot.. came out great!!

Client’s hubby built this craftsman column. I did the finish work on this beauty. Filled holes, caulked edges, sanded then painted
