11/12-14..Kitchen backsplash before and after. 12x24 large tiles- pure white grout. Love it!

11/7/24-my first Crown Moulding install after having shoulder surgery. Went well shoulder quite exhausted, everything went smoothly. Now to take alittle break and rest up the shoulder for my next project booked next week. 5 1/4” cm put up and did my magic- homeowners will paint. Came out beautifully!!

Before and after deck repair- rotting stringer and top left rail and opposite end top rail. 1 floor board warped up at the end. Tore down and rebuilt stairs and reinforced several railings and boards

Helped a neighbor with their deck steps and several boards on the floor..all replaced and all set for paint

Master bath small renovation. Changed out shiplap with trim border and pulled out niche. Reinstalled 8” shiplap wall to wall. Custom built a new niche away from back wall. 3 shelves-marble stone Ava black modern tiles grout with frost. Drywaller to come in and finish mud work around niche then paint.

Garage shoe storage solution. Open shelving. 14” heavy duty brackets, 1x16 shelving boards prepped and stained (golden oak) hope this is enuf storage space for this family 😊 they love shoes!!

2/28 Tall wainscot in the foyer custom built and installed then did my magic-Viola!!

Foyer wainscot project-2/19 tall wainscot with small ledge, panel inside each box. Made from base caps and tri ply panel custom cut to fit, 1x2 ripped to 1x1 rounded one side and added a cove under to finish the ledge. Did my magic-caulk, fill holes, sand off then painted Viola!!😊

Master bathroom vanity backsplash install-colonial blue/gray arabesque tiles with white sanded grout. Came out beautifully!!😍

Before and after laundry room sink backsplash small subway tiles on sheet black schluter edge and Timberwolf grout

Before and after kitchen tile backsplash urban cityscape mosaic tiles with silver schluter edges and warm gray grout came out gorgeous!

Floor installation-Oaxaca valley LVP planks installed on these floors. A really nice update to these floors. Next project for them will be a complete bathroom makeover 😁

Had 3 different trim jobs for this nice couple. Replaced shoe molding at fireplace, added Moulding at top of powder room- 1x2 and 1x4 trim. Added a ledge to finish off the board and batten wainscot! More projects in this home to be continued..🥰

Deck-power washed, scraped loose paint then painted this big deck. Looks clean and refreshed!

Crown Moulding install in this gorgeous home. One of my fave clients moved to another home about 2 hrs away and I had the pleasure of spending 2 days in this home adding this elegant crown in a beautiful home which makes it even more amazing! Will be adding more crown in this home. To be continued…😍

Bathroom renovation, gutted entire bathroom-old tiles on walls and floor, removed bathtub, vanity, toilet, window. Replaced weak damaged section of subfloor under tub. Installed new tub, tiled floor with 12x24 charcoal tiles Timberwolf grout. Installed 12x12 tiles in shower surround, Timberwolf grout, black decorative mosaic ribbon around top of shower and on the back of the niche. New windows put in, inspired ship lap on walls trimmed out everything. Added crown Moulding, Installed new toilet, vanity, light fixtures, mirror, painted walls, trims,cm. Caleb and Matt helped out with sing big stuff with demolition and install of windows and bathtub, gabi painted everything. Turned out really nice!!

Before and after powder room renovation. Homeowner wallpapered this room prior to my start. Removed all trim, toilet, vanity. Installed vertical ship lap abs trimmed off with 1x3 and 1x4 craftsman. Installed 7” crown-my fave cm. Prepped and painted everything. Installed new toilet and vanity. Installed a tilt mirror this morning. Came out beautifully! Oh and new floors will be installed in Jan waiting on orders.

Started this past tues.. Glass mosaic tiles installed in kitchen. Ripped old tiles out cleaned walls of mortar and installed cement board on 1 wall. Installed and grouted this pretty tile-grout is warm gray.

A rental property a client wanted crown installed in one room and baseboard in upstairs bathroom, shoe moulding in 3 areas

Got grout in the backsplash. Still waiting on the schluter edge to finish last wall at the top. Grout is mapei frost looks really good with their countertops!❤️

Finished install of backsplash tiles except for 3rd wall, waiting on the special order of the black schluter edge, once I get it will install the last row with the edge. To grout next wk with frost (light gray color) then onto the next project- master bathroom demolition of the step at the tub and restructure and re-tile front of the tub

Kitchen backsplash charcoal 6x12” tiles along with a mosaic.

Working on a fireplace makeover. Homeowners ripped out the tiles from the surround, the raised hearth. I came in started working on the floor, prepped for concrete and cut off the flashing left from the raised hearth. Laid the self level concrete. Will start on tile surround tmw am. 6x24” bone color tile with bone schluter edges. look forward to seeing how it all comes together.

Filled the gaps of this brick landing.. quite an experience, I’ve never done this type of work, could’ve done the install differently to avoid the “grout “ style of filling the gaps. Thought it would be like the coping pool tile repairs I’ve done in the past-easy to fill in. But it’s looking really nice so I’m happy with it!!😊

Finally able to get back out to this place and lay these bricks. Tmw to fill in gaps, can’t wait to see how it all looks

Front entryway brick landing repair project. Foundation sunk on left side of landing, broke the concrete foundation, laid out a form for new concrete foundation. Poured concrete yesterday. Got it all set. Tmw to lay bricks then grout.
